By Decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office No. DRG.DRG-2.4212.22.2025.AIK, dated December 17, 2025, the Tariff No. 14 for fuel gas distribution services was approved for Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. based in Tarnów. Tariff No. 14 was published in the Industry Bulletin of the Energy Regulatory Office – Fuel Gases No. 102 (3023), dated December 17, 2025. The new tariff took effect on January 1, 2026.

Cooperation with energy companies

Polska Spółka Gazownictwa invites companies with a licence or promise of concession to trade in fuel gasses to cooperate in the development of the gas system in the company’s area of operations. The purpose of this cooperation is to exchange information between the Parties to the contract, enabling the optimal determination of the directions of development for the gas distribution network and the development of the gas market in the company’s area of operations.
