CONNECT Procurement Platform

Procurement procedures are conducted on the CONNECT Procurement Platform, with the exception of procedures co-financed by the EU (non-public and subsidised), for which the process remains unchanged, taking place on the 2021 Competitiveness Database and the eB2B Procurement Platform respectively.

Gas network security

We call for conscious and safe performance of digging work in places where underground infrastructure is located, particularly the gas network. Each resulting failure in the gas network may pose a threat to life and health or to the environment. Damage to the gas pipeline may disrupt the functioning of the gas system.

Therefore, please report to the company’s local units any digging work that may conflict with the gas network.

Our branches will provide information on the gas network, including any part that is located on your property. The company’s employees will assist you in this regard and will provide you with all the necessary information.

Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. based in Tarnów declares that all tender procedures are announced and conducted through the PSG Purchasing Platform. All information on the ongoing proceedings is available at https://zamowienia.psgaz.pl.

We provide documents that are possible attachments to selected agreements concluded by PSG sp. z o.o. in accordance with the content of the agreement, including the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

The General Terms of Delivery apply to deliveries made on the basis of orders up to 10,000 PLN net which are not covered by agreements. The GTC are defined by the requirements of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. in terms of the method of placing and accepting orders, logistical requirements, acceptance of deliveries, rules of payment, and guarantees.
