Feel free to use the service of the eBOK Portal dedicated to Commercial Recipients and Suppliers of fuel gasses who have signed an agreement for the provision of distribution service with Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o.

All tender procedures are announced and conducted through the PSG Purchasing Platform. This solution facilitates cooperation between the customer and contractors/suppliers. We encourage all interested parties to register for free.

A client interested in submitting a nomination or re-nomination to Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. through the system should apply for remote access to the system with the possibility of uploading nominations/re-nominations by the DSC.

Integrated Management System

We are aware of the impact of effective and efficient management on the functioning of the organization and therefore we implement and apply the requirements of international standards for management systems. Constant improvement of the integrated management system ensures meeting the requirements of the stakeholders and development of the Company.

By decision of the Management Board of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o., the Support Department and the company’s branches have an Integrated Management System operating and being constantly improved since November 2017.

The system includes quality management according to ISO 9001: 2015 – “Quality Management Systems: Requirements”, environmental management according to ISO 14001:2015 – “Environmental Management Systems: Requirements and Guidelines for Use”, occupational health and safety management according to ISO 45001:2018 – “Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems: Requirements and Guidelines for Use”, and information security management according to ISO/IEC 27001:2017 – “Information Technology– Security Techniques– Information Security Management Systems: Requirements”.

In March 2019, PSG branches were certified for compliance with the PN-EN ISO 3834-2:2007 – “Quality Requirements for Fusion Welding of Metallic Materials: Full Quality Requirements” and in 2019 for compliance with the requirements of ISO 50001:2018 – “Energy Management Systems: Requirements and Guidelines for Use”.

The requirements of PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 – “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories” are implemented in the gas quality laboratory in Krakow (AB1780 accreditation scope).

PSG sp. z o.o. takes into account the guidelines on social responsibility laid out in PN-ISO 26000:2012 and the management of anti-corruption activities in ISO 37001:2016. The company performs the compliance function understood as compliance with legal regulations and ethical principles through the cooperation of organizational units with an advisory and control function in the company.

The involvement of the Management Board has been declared and communicated in the Integrated Management System Policy along with PSG’s mission and strategic goals.

The functioning of the management system increases the effectiveness in achieving the primary goals: improving the quality of customer service and taking environmentally friendly action, including monitoring and measuring environmental aspects, reducing the impact of significant environmental aspects, and improving energy efficiency. PSG also undertakes initiatives related to increasing the safety of employees and interested parties and protecting the information processed.

In pursuing its goals, PSG sp. z o.o. maintains impartiality, taking into account its obligations and legal and other requirements. All processes and the cooperation with operators of other gas systems help ensure the safe operation of the distribution system and the continuity of the distribution services provided.

Thanks to the commitment of all employees, the management system of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa is constantly being improved and adapted to the changes and expectations of external and internal stakeholders.

The requirements of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa in terms of partner companies—which increase the level of work safety, information security, and pro-environmental activities—are communicated on the website and in operational instructions provided to contractors as part of the implementation of contracts. PSG employees supervising the commissioned work inform the contractors about potential threats and malfunctions and the rules of reacting to such situations, and they provide the necessary instructions.
