Pursuant to Article 4 Item 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated October 25, 2011 on the integrity and transparency of the wholesale energy market (Journal of Laws UE.L.2011.326.1) (the REMIT), Polska Spółka Gazownictwa is required to publish inside information.

Market participants effectively and in a timely manner must publicly disclose their inside information on an undertaking or installation that the market participant or its parent company or related entity owns or controls, or where the market participant or such entity is responsible for operational matters in whole or in part. Such disclosure shall include information regarding the capacity and use of facilities for the production, storage, transmission of electricity or natural gas or consuming electricity or natural gas, or information regarding the capacity and use of liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities, including scheduled and unscheduled unavailability of said facilities (Article 4 Item 1 of the REMIT).

Inside information means information of a detailed nature which has not been made public which relates, directly or indirectly, to one or more wholesale energy products and which, if made public, could significantly affect the prices of said wholesale energy products (Article 2 Item 1 of the REMIT).
