Feel free to use the service of the eBOK Portal dedicated to Commercial Recipients and Suppliers of fuel gasses who have signed an agreement for the provision of distribution service with Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o.

A new procurement system, the CONNECT Procurement Platform, has been implemented at Polska Spółka Gazownictwa.

A client interested in submitting a nomination or re-nomination to Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. through the system should apply for remote access to the system with the possibility of uploading nominations/re-nominations by the DSC.

Data Security and Personal Data Protection

As a responsible and ethical company, we respect the right to the protection of personal data of our employees, contractors, and partners. Therefore, we would like to present to you the primary rules for protecting personal data which are in force at Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o.

Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 from April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we would like to inform you that the Controller of your personal data is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o., based at ul. Wojciecha Bandrowskiego 16, 33-100 Tarnów.

Before commencing the processing of personal data, Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. each time identifies the purpose and legal basis for the processing and determines the data retention period. Your personal data is processed:

due to the performance of the contract that binds you with the Controller, or the actions necessary to conclude one (Article 6 Item 1b),
due to the legal requirements that the Controller is obliged to comply with (Article 6 Item 1c),
due to a legitimate interest pursued by the Controller (Article 6 Item 1f), or
based on your consent (Article 6 Item 1a).

Each time, we make every effort to ensure that you are informed about the purpose of personal data processing, the legal basis for said processing, the data retention period, and all other information required by the GDPR under the disclosure requirement.

Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. has appointed a Data Protection Officer pursuant to Article 37 of GDPR.

As part of the tasks performed, the Data Protection Officer ensures the protection of the rights and freedoms of those whose personal data is being processed by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. These individuals may therefore refer to the Personal Data Protection Officer in all matters related to their personal data to the extent to which these data are processed by the Controller.

The Personal Data Protection Officer verifies the correctness of personal data processing in the organization. As part of their activities, they are also a contact point for all notices related to possible irregularities in the processing of personal data. Therefore, you can contact the Data Protection Officer if you believe there has been a breach of your personal data protection. The Personal Data Protection Officer is also the entity to whom requests for the exercise of your rights should be addressed.

These rights apply in particular to:

1) access to personal data,
2) rectifying data,
3) deleting personal data (“the right to be forgotten”),
4) limiting processing,
5) transferring personal data,
6) objecting to further processing,
7) objecting to automated decision making, including profiling, and
8) notifying about the occurrence of a breach in the protection of personal data.

The application may be submitted through an employee of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. or directly to the Personal Data Protection Officer. We shall deal with it immediately. If the processing of a request takes longer than one month, you will be informed about the extension of the deadline for reply. Such an extension is possible due to the complexity of the request or a large number of requests submitted.

If the application does not allow you to be clearly identified or is unclear, the Personal Data Protection Officer will send you a request to supplement it within one month of the date of receipt.

If the application is submitted in electronic form, further correspondence will also be conducted in this form, if possible. In other cases, you will be informed in writing about the method of examining the application, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

Applications are processed free of charge. However, if the request is unjustified or is frequently repeated, the Personal Data Controller may charge a reasonable fee, taking into account reasonable administrative costs related to addressing the request, communicating or conducting the requested operations, or may refuse to process said request.

We would like to inform customers who have a gas sales contract with the Distribution Services Customer that their personal data has been made available to Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. in order to implement the distribution agreement —supplying gas to the customer.
