Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. declares that by the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office dated April 22, 2026 — DRR.WRG.4323.1.2025.MJS/JBu — the update Distribution Network Code was approved and came into force on May 15, 2026 at 6:00 a.m.
The amendments to the Distribution Network Code (DNC) result from the need to adjust DNC to the changing legal requirements, from the experience gained during the application of the current DNC, and suggestions from the users of the distribution system.
