In accordance with the Distribution Network Code, Polska Spółka Gazownictwa has implemented a unified standard for data exchange in its IT systems, at all Branches, related to the provision of fuel gas distribution services, based on the Electronic Data Interchange For Administration, Commerce and Transport (EDIFACT).

In the interests of maintaining the highest diligence in communication with contractors and in order to meet the necessary requirements of EDIFACT, we would like to inform you that production communication tests using EDIFACT can be initiated. Please email your applications to [email protected].

A detailed description of the data exchange between Polska Spółka Gazownictwa and other entities on the gas market, along with a complete set of documents, is available below. Based on the standard mentioned above, PSG will gradually expand the scope of data exchange and the dates when new extensions are to be introduced will be published on the PSG website in advance along with a full description.

EDIFACT is an international standard for electronic data interchange developed within the United Nations and adopted by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) as the ISO 9735 standard. It is used to exchange data on events related to the provision of gas distribution services, in particular:

the handling of Single Distribution Orders (SDO),
support for the Supplier change process (SDO – supplier change), and
the transfer of measurement and billing data.

Polska Spółka Gazownictwa is introducing a change to the UTILMD announcement regarding the definition of the expiry date for statements regarding entitlement to tariff protection. Messages conforming to the new description may be used from the date of publication of the amendment.
