We encourage you to use our new service – the Connection portal. It is a system that allows you to submit applications via the Internet in a friendly and convenient way. It gives you control and reminds you about important stages in the process of connecting your building via free SMS or e-mail messages. The connection portal is time-saving and convenient. Documents in the Connection Portal will be accepted electronically, and they do not require a traditional signature. This means you can download, print, or forward them at any time. You can also sign a connection agreement digitally (this applies to customers who declare gas consumption up to 10 m3/h).

Gas consumption calculator

The calculator allows you to calculate the estimated consumption of natural gas with a known power capacity of the devices that you will be using. All you need to do is enter the type of gas distributed through the networks in a given area, as well as the total capacity of the individual gas devices. You can find information on the type of gas here: Distribution System Map. For conversion, equipment efficiency was assumed to be 90% and the nominal gross calorific values were as follows:
  • for high-methane gas, group E – 39.5 MJ/m3;
  • for nitrogen-rich gas, subgroup Lw – 32.8 MJ/m3;
  • for nitrogen-rich gas, subgroup Ls – 28.8 MJ/m3.
The calculated fuel gas consumption value in m3/h is an estimated value that should be verified by the designer of the internal gas system in your building.

Natural gas is a natural fuel extracted from deposits in the Earth’s crust. It is a mixture of gases and fumes extracted from the ground which contain significant amounts of methane (up to 98% for high-methane gas).

Natural gas is odorless, colorless, and lighter than air. Natural gas is a very ecological fuel; it emits only trace amounts of harmful pollutants when combusted. It is also an efficient and convenient fuel that does not require handling or storage.

Natural gas can be used to prepare meals, heat tap water, or heat houses.

Submit the “Application for specifying the conditions for connecting to the gas network.” Based on that, we will verify the technical and economic conditions for the supply of fuel gas. One necessary condition for connecting to the gas network is that you have a legal title to the property to be connected. The application is available in Downloads below.

Submit the completed application with attachments via the Connection Portal without leaving your home. The portal will guide you through the entire connection process and keep you informed about the connection status via text messages or e-mail notifications.

Pursuant to the Energy Law, the Distribution Service Provider’s Tariff is subject to approval by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office. Once they are published in the ERO Bulletin, the approved tariffs take effect after at least 14 days has passed.
