Who are we?

Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. is the largest operator of the gas distribution system in Poland.

We employ over 11,500 employees, operate throughout Poland and distribute gas through over 210,000 km of gas pipelines.

We are a modern company with rich traditions, and we draw experience from over 170 years of gas industry history in Poland.

What do we do?

Our key task is reliable and safe transport of fuel gasses through the distribution network across the whole country, directly to end-users and the networks of other local operators. We provide fuel gas transport services with companies that sell fuel gas.

  1. Close the valve
    at the gas meter

  2. Do not light a fire (matches
    or lighters), light

  3. Open doors
    and windows

  4. Leave the building (room) with
    the rest of the inhabitants

Contracts with energy companies

Polska Spółka Gazownictwa announces that there has been a change in the template of the Contract for cooperation with energy companies with regard to the development of the gas distribution system, including the activation of out-of-service connections.

The foundation of PSG’s strategy is the over 170-year-old tradition of the gas industry in Poland. We have reverted to the historical name ‘gasworks’ for the basic organisational unit of the company. We maintain the old facilities, items, documents, and messages related to the history and tradition of the gas industry for future generations.
