Receiving conditions for connecting to the gas network or information on the possibility of connecting to the gas network is free of charge and does not oblige one to conclude a connection contract.

Documents required to receive the connection conditions:
  • A completed application for specifying connection conditions for entities dealing with the transmission, distribution, or storage of fuel gas – Connection Group C. Applications are available in Downloads below.
  • If you do not have legal title to the property or facility that is to be connected, indicate in your application that “this application concerns the possibility of connecting to the gas network”.
  • A map of the area at a scale of 1:1000 (1:2000) with the output point from the distribution system indicated
  • A map indicating the location of facilities at a scale of 1:25,000 (for applications from entities involved in gas extraction)
  • An excerpt from the register of businesses of the National Court Register.
  • A declaration of legal title to use the facility or property
  • A power of attorney, if the application is submitted by the applicant’s attorney, unless this authorization results from the above-mentioned documents
Important:
  • Confirm that the copies of the submitted documents are true copies. This can be done by a legal counsel, notary, or a person authorized to represent the applicant.

Fill out the application completely, providing all of the required information, and attach the above-mentioned documents; this will guarantee that the application will be processed within 90 days of submitting the complete application.

You can submit the application in person, by mail (the list of our units is available here), or by sending a scan to [email protected]

We will check whether there are technical or economic conditions for connecting and, if necessary, issue connection conditions.

The conditions for connecting to the gas network may be sent to you by mail to the correspondence address provided. You can also collect them (at our units or a selected gas supplier) in person or through a representative, provided that a power of attorney is presented, granted by the applicant listed on the application for specifying connection conditions. The list of our units is available here.
Documents needed to conclude a connection contract:
  • A completed application for a gas network connection contract The application is available in Downloads below.
  • An excerpt from the register of businesses of the National Court Register
  • A declaration of the applicant’s legal title to use the facility or property
  • If the contract is signed on behalf of a business by a person who is not authorized in the National Court Register, also provide the original power of attorney for signing a gas network connection contract, a copy certified as a true copy by a person of public trust (e.g., a notary, counselor, or attorney-at-law), or an unconfirmed copy, if the power of attorney was granted in the form of a notary deed.

Important:

Confirm that the copies of the submitted documents are true copies. This can be done by a legal counsel, notary, or a person authorized to represent the applicant.

You can submit the application in person or by mail (the list of our units is available here).

If you do not apply to us to conclude a connection contract within 30 days of receiving the conditions for connecting to the gas network, and at the same time:
  • some conditions for connecting to the distribution network have been defined and they would require the same technical capacity of the distribution system to be used
  • or some conditions for connecting to the gas network have been specified and relate to an area that coincides territorially in whole or in part,
then we conclude gas network connection contracts according to the order in which connection contracts signed by the customers are received, depending on the existing technical conditions (e.g., available capacity of the distribution system).
We will prepare a draft contract for connecting to the gas network for you. We can send it to you by mail to the correspondence address provided. You can also collect it (at our units) in person or through a representative, provided that a power of attorney granted by the applicant listed on the application for the purposes of concluding a gas network connection contract is provided. The list of our units is available here.

In the correspondence, we will specify the expiration date of the draft contract and we ask that you sign the contract within this timeframe. You can deliver a signed contract to us by mail or in person (at our units).

In accordance with the law, the connection fee due to PSG amounts to 100% of the actual expenditure on the connection. This fee, as indicated in the connection contract, is based on the estimated expenditure for the connection, which means that it may change after the investment has been completed. After signing a gas network connection contract, you will be required to pay 50% of the connection fee within 14 days of receiving the pro forma invoice. Detailed rules regarding the payment date for the connection fee are specified in the gas network connection contract.

The signed gas network connection contract is the basis for us and for you to start design, construction, and assembly work. As of the date the contract is signed, we reserve capacity in the distribution system in the amount listed in the conditions for connecting to the gas network.
In line with the installation implementation schedule, which you can find in the gas network connection contract, you are obliged to:
  • construct gas networks and systems on the premises and
  • install the equipment necessary to start receiving fuel gas.

The installation should be implemented based on:
  • the issued conditions for connecting to the gas network and
  • the Construction Code.
It  is our responsibility to build network infrastructure elements such as gas mains, gas stations, gas connections, and others in accordance with the connection conditions and within the timeframe specified in the gas network connection contract. As part of this stage:
  • we will prepare design documentation and permits for entering the area, obtain the land for gas facilities, and secure all permits specified in the Construction Code and
  • we will build the network infrastructure along with the necessary activities to allow for its use.
A detailed implementation schedule can be found in the gas network connection contract.

After the installation has been completed, you will receive a notification of completion and an invoice for the connection fee.
Fill out the Report on Readiness for Fuel Gas Filling and provide all required information.

You can deliver the application to us by mail or in person (at our units). The list of our units is available here.
The conditions for starting gas collection for new Pwyj (output point of the distribution system), e.g., Cooperating Distribution System Operators, are:
  • constructing gas networks and systems in accordance with the construction design and the requirements of the Construction Code,
  • paying the invoice for the connection fee,
  • providing us with a correctly completed Report on Readiness for Fuel Gas Filling,
  • concluding an Interconnection Contract which specifies the terms of cooperation – a template of this contract is available in downloads – and
  • submitting a CDSO-type Single Distribution Order for an output covered by the connection.
