Individual customers and small businesses
Select the connection stage you are interested in learning more about:
Documents required to receive the connection conditions:
- A completed application for specifying the conditions for being connected to the gas network for a customer who will receive high-methane natural gas in amounts no greater than 10 m3/h or nitrogen-rich natural gas in amounts no greater than 25 m3/h (Connection Groups A and B, Subgroup I). This amount is adequate for cooking meals and heating a single-family house. The application is available in Downloads below. There you can also download a template document to help you complete the application correctly.
- If you wish to check whether a property you are planning to buy can be supplied with gas, submit an application for determining the possibility of being connected to the gas network or an application for specifying the conditions for being connected, and indicate on the application that “this application concerns the possibility of connecting to the gas network”. Applications are available in Downloads below. There you can download a template document to help you complete the application correctly.
- A development plan or a rough sketch specifying the location of the property to be connected in relation to the existing gas network and the location of neighboring facilities It can be an informative map for planning purposes at a scale of 1:500, 1:1000, or 1:2000 which depicts the current state of the plot’s boundaries. Mark the proposed location of the gas cabinet on the map.
- If the property already has a gas connection, there is no need to attach a development plan or a site map to the application.
- If the contract is to be signed outside the Connection Portal on your behalf by a third party or on behalf of a business by someone who is not authorized in the National Court Register, also provide the original copy of a power of attorney for signing a gas network connection contract or a copy certified as a true copy by a person of public trust (e.g., a notary, counselor, or attorney-at-law), or an unconfirmed copy, if the power of attorney was granted by a notary deed.
Thoroughly fill out the application, providing all of the required information, and attach the above-mentioned documents; this will guarantee that the application will be processed within 30 days of submitting the complete application.
Submit your application using the Connection Portal without leaving your home. The portal will guide you through the entire connection process and keep you informed about the connection status via text messages or e-mail notifications.
- the connection point of your gas system to the gas network,
- the technical parameters of the gas connection,
- the minimum and maximum pressure for the supply and receipt of fuel gas,
- requirements for the measuring system and its placement,
- the connected power, and
- the point where the ownership of our gas network and your systems is separated.
If you select the option to sign a connection contract in the application to provide conditions or declare the planned date of gas delivery within 12 months of submission, we will attach a draft connection contract to the connection conditions.
In the connection conditions we issue, we will also specify the date they become invalid. This deadline enables the a gas network connection contract to be concluded (if necessary), and in the case of the construction or expansion of a gas system, allows it to be designed and a building permit to be acquired or a construction work notice to be submitted (if a building permit is not required, but a notice is). If you fail to conclude a contract or to acquire the necessary permit within this timeframe, it will be necessary to re-apply for the conditions for connecting to the gas network to be specified. The connection conditions may only be changed by submitting a new application for specifying connection conditions.
The connection conditions will be sent to you via the Connection Portal. You can download them in PDF format or print them out.
If you want to know more about the terms of connection, ask a question in the chat or use the Contact Form. We will answer all your questions.

Signing a comprehensive gas supply contract guarantees that gas supply will begin after we have completed the connection to the gas network and after you have completed the construction or expansion of the gas system.
After receiving notification from us that the connection has been completed and the gas supply is ready to commence, contact the gas supplier with whom you have a comprehensive contract and inform them about your intention to start using fuel gas.
- constructing a gas system in accordance with the construction design and the requirements of the Construction Code,
- submitting to us or the gas supplier a correctly completed Report on Readiness for Fuel Gas Filling,
- the gas supplier placing an order to start gas delivery (Single Distribution Order), and
- paying the invoice for the connection fee.
If you want to learn more about the rules for connecting, use the Contact Form. We will answer all your questions.
- Orders to start gas deliveries (Single Distribution Order [SDO]) sent to us by your gas supplier and
- The Report on Readiness for Fuel Gas Filling that you have provided or sent to us through a gas dealer.
The commencement of gas fuel supplies includes:
- installing a measurement system with a gas meter and
- filling the gas system with gas fuel.
It is worth remembering that, in order to maintain the guarantee of gas consumers, the manufacturer often requires the first commissioning to be done by authorized representatives. Take this into account when planning and arranging with us the start date of fuel gas supply.
From then on, you can use the gas in accordance with the comprehensive gas supply contract you signed with your gas supplier.
