Two years of the Connection Portal

Polska Spółka Gazownictwa launched its Connection Portal on March 19, 2020. To this day, it has already received more than 150,000 applications for specifying terms for connection to the gas network. This means that on average every fifth application is submitted via the portal.
The Connection Portal is a system that allows e.g. submitting an application or signing an agreement for connection to the gas network in a user-friendly and efficient way, and most importantly without leaving your home. The application is available on computers, tablets and smartphones, and customers can use it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Within two years, about 140,000 users have already opened individual accounts on the Connection Portal.

"We are pleased to observe that an increasing number of customers choose to submit an application via the Connection Portal in order to connect to the gas network. During the first year, this tool was used by approximately 73,000 customers; while in the second year, the number was over 75,000. Polska Spółka Gazownictwa aspires to be an innovative company, which is why the Connection Portal will continue to be developed and adapted to our customers' expectations also in the coming years," said Robert Więckowski, President of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa.
