PSG provides a single contact number

From Monday, November 21, Polska Spółka Gazownictwa will provide a single Contact Center number for all customers throughout Poland. Our consultants are waiting for all your questions at 22 444 33 33.
The Contact Center is one of several ways to contact Polska Spółka Gazownictwa to receive detailed information, e.g., connection to the gas network, gas supplies, readings or tasks performed by our employees to file a complaint.

"This is yet another facilitation that we are introducing for our clients.  Through this change, we want to unify phone service standards but also make it easier for customers to contact the company. The employees of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa are at your service from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.," said Jakub Kowalski, a member of the PSG Management Board for Operations

Another way to contact the largest natural gas distributor in Poland is the Connection Portal. The application is available on computers, tablets and smartphones, and customers can use it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Through the portal, customers can also submit an application or sign a contract for connection to the gas network without leaving their homes.

Polska Spółka Gazownictwa also reminds you that in the event of a gas system failure or smelling gas, you should call the 24/7 emergency number 992.
