The Zakrzew commune has an extensive gas network – mainly in the part of it located east of the S7 motorway, however. Under the signed investment, Polska Spółka Gazownictwa will invest over PLN 700 thousand in the development of the gas network in this commune.

‘Today, a very important agreement was concluded, as a result of which the Zakrzew commune becomes not only a very attractive place to live, but also a good location for the development of new companies. This results from the fact that entrepreneurs frequently pursue further investments only when they have access to gas fuel. I would like to thank the management and all employees of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa for their efforts in supporting the development of our country’, said Ms Anna Kwiecień, MP. 

‘Today, we signed an agreement for the next phase of gas line construction, which responds to the increasingly greater demand of the robustly developing commune. Already today I can say that we plan to construct an additional 32 km of gas lines in this area. We would like to invite all inhabitants to submit applications for connection to the gas grid and to sign the relevant agreements’, added Mr Jakub Kowalski, a member of the Management Board responsible for operations at Polska Spółka Gazownictwa. 

Polska Spółka Gazownictwa will invest over PLN 15 million in all investments planned in the Zakrzew commune. 

‘Concerning the development of the gas network, in recent years the Zakrzew commune has been making up for time lost in the last two or even three decades. These actions increase the potential and attractiveness of our region, and also provide opportunities for the further development of our commune’, concluded Mr Leszek Margas, head of the Zakrzew commune.
