“I am very pleased that there are companies like PSG, which not only recognise the need to balance work and family life of their employees, but also help them achieve this balance with great commitment,” said Barbara Socha, Government Plenipotentiary for Demographic Policy, after the meeting. “The support offered especially to young parents who want to remain professionally active while raising children deserves great praise. The scale of solutions that PSG offers to its employees is also impressive, and most importantly, employees eagerly take advantage of them,” she pointed out.
During the meeting, PSG representatives talked about the solutions in this area that have been introduced over the past few years and about how much they have affected the satisfaction and contentment of the company’s employees.
“Thanks to the safe and stable working conditions we provide at PSG, young mothers are not afraid to return to work after parental and childcare leaves. We have an adaptation programme for those returning to work after a prolonged absence, as well as a number of solutions that not only facilitate a return to professional activity, but also effectively support our employees in achieving a balance between work and family life,” stressed Jakub Kowalski, Board Member for Operations at PSG.
“Hybrid work is equally popular among our employees. It is a relatively new solution that was implemented only in July this year, but it has helped us achieve much higher work efficiency, and many of our employees who used to struggle with backlogs are no longer experiencing such problems. In addition, we have seen less sickness absenteeism, which also positively affects our company’s work dynamics,” added Agnieszka Wieliczko, Head of the Human Resources Department at PSG.
