More and more connection requests submitted through the Connection Portal

The Connection Portal makes it possible to efficiently submit connection requests anywhere and anytime. In January this year alone, via the Connection Portal, customers of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa submitted a record number of over 10,500 applications for being connected to the gas network.
Despite the COVID-19-pandemic-related restrictions on in-person customer service, there is a growing number of people who want to connect to the gas network. Nearly 64,000 applications for being connected to the gas network have been submitted through the Connection Portal alone since March 2020, when Polska Spółka Gazownictwa launched it for customers. More than 68,500 users have created an individual account on the Portal.

Since November 2020, thanks to the Portal, it has been possible to complete all the formalities related to connections, including the signing of a contract for connecting to the gas grid – by February of this year, we had signed almost 4,300 such agreements with customers.
