Two important PSG investments in Łódź
Polska Spółka Gazownictwa is modernising the gas infrastructure in Łódź intensively, using the latest technologies in two strategic projects. Members of the PSG Management Board visited the construction site, emphasising the importance of the projects for the region.
The first task involves reconstructing the existing gas network in the area where the road link to the S14 route and the new junction with the DK 72 road are being constructed. PSG's work is a prime example of how infrastructural measures can be effectively combined with environmental protection and safety.
"During the works, advanced equipment is being used for hermetic procedures. This innovative method enables us to work without shutting down the pipeline or emitting methane gas, which demonstrates the company's commitment to transformation and implementing modern solutions in everyday practice. Using this technology is also an important step towards improving the occupational safety of our employees. Minimising risks, protecting health, and complying with the highest health and safety standards are absolute priorities for us," explained Arkadiusz Kazana, Acting President of the Management Board of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa.
