The new infrastructure of a total length of over 71 km will be constructed on the territory of the municipalities: Kleszczewo, Kostrzyn (Poznań County), Dominowo (Środa County), Nekla, Września (Września County), and Witkowo (Gniezno County). Under the project, the construction of DN 250 and DN 200 high-pressure gas pipelines is planned on the following sections: Tulce - Nekla, Nekla - Września (divided into two sections: Nekla - Opatówko and Opatówko - Września) and Witkowo - Września gas pipeline (Witkowo-Opatówko section).

The new gas pipelines will make it possible to increase the gas distribution network absorption capacity in the region. The direct aim of the project is the improvement of the quality and safety of the functioning of the network and the development of smart gas networks, as well as the increase in their importance in the modern energy system in the area of influence of the undertaking.
The estimated capital expenditures for the construction of the new gas pipelines under the “Construction of the Tulce-Nekla-Opatówko-Witkowo-Września high-pressure gas pipeline together with the associated infrastructure” project amount to over PLN 144 million gross.
