“We have achieved the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO) target for the replacement of gas meters – we already have over a million remotely read meters, and this year we plan to reach a level of around 1.4–1.5 million. “This is a genuine qualitative change – customers no longer need to submit meter readings, and we have access to real-time data, which allows us to forecast gas consumption much more accurately and manage the system more effectively,” said Wojciech Kowalski.
