The subject of the concluded contract for the execution of construction works is the construction of:
The construction of the high-pressure gas pipeline between Miłocin and Elbląg will enable new customers to be connected to the gas network and will enhance the security and reliability of gas supplies in the Pomeranian and Warmian-Masurian Voivodeships.
The aim of the project entitled ‘Construction of the Kolnik–Elbląg gas pipeline, together with the infrastructure necessary for its operation in the Pomeranian and Warmian-Masurian provinces’ is to improve the quality and safety of the gas distribution system, increase the efficiency of gas supplies, develop smart gas networks, and enable the phasing out of local coal-fired sources, which will contribute to improved air quality and a significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. The new infrastructure will also enhance the investment attractiveness of the municipalities.
The project is co-financed by the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment 2021–2027, with the co-financing rate standing at 79.03 per cent.
- a high-pressure gas pipeline between Miłocin and Elbląg, DN300, MOP 8.4 MPa, with a length of approx. 43 km (approx. 9.2 km in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and approx. 33.8 km in the Pomeranian Voivodeship),
- a high-pressure gas pressure-reduction and metering station in Raczki Elbląskie,
- a high-pressure gas metering and regulation station in Miłocin,
- a shut-off, relief and connection complex in Orłowo (Nowy Dwór Gdański municipality),
- other infrastructure and ancillary facilities within the Pomeranian and Warmian-Masurian Voivodeships.
