Ciechanowiec gasified
Polska Spółka Gazownictwa has completed the construction of an LNG regasification station that will supply Ciechanowiec with natural gas. The total value of the project is nearly PLN 10 million. The event was attended, among others, by Robert Więckowski, Chairman of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa.
As part of this stage of gasification, Polska Spółka Gazownictwa has built nearly 9 km of pipelines, and more than 250 customers, or about 1,000 residents, and also public buildings – schools, a kindergarten, a hospital, a cultural and sports centre, and local enterprises – will have access to gas fuel.
“I encourage all residents to submit conditions for connection to the gas network. This regasification station is only the beginning of the gasification of the Ciechanowiec municipality. As long as efficiency increases, we will be able to build a gas line and connect the majority of residents to our network”, added Robert Więckowski, Chairman of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa.
There are currently 18 LNG regasification stations operating in Podlaskie Voivodeship.
