The Measurement and Testing Laboratory offers measurement system evaluation services related to CO2 emissions reporting:
- verification of the correct operation of process gas chromatographs used to assess the quality of natural gas consumed in the process of CO2 emissions from the installation; the assessment is carried out, among other things, in accordance with the requirements of ST IGG 0205 standard and confirmed by an accredited test report,
- estimating the uncertainty of measurement of the amount of natural gas consumed in the CO2 process based on the checks performed and/or evaluation of the measurement system documentation provided by the Employer,
- verification of the components of measuring systems for the amount of natural gas consumed in the process of CO2 emissions at the site, with the possibility of issuing accredited calibration certificates and test reports.
The scope of services corresponds to the requirements enshrined in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2018/2066 of 19 December 2018 on the monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions pursuant to Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and amending Commission Regulation (EU) No. 601/2012.
