According to the building law and the regulations of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, every property manager is obliged to inspect the gas installations annually. Therefore, especially before the start of the heating season, in housing cooperatives, gas engineers start their inspections. It is also the time when criminals also become much more active. They claim to be employees of the gasworks and offer to residents gas leak detectors or services to check the tightness and efficiency of gas installations at greatly inflated prices.

Please remember that our employees, including external companies contracted by us, are not entitled to charge any fees directly to customers.
