Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) and Article 14(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (GDPR), I inform you that the Controller of your personal data is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Tarnów, at ul. Your personal data will be processed for the objective of evaluating the Idea and concluding and performing the Contract within the meaning of the “Terms of R&D&I Cooperation between Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. and Third-Party Entities”, as well as establishing, defending or pursuing potential claims and protecting property belonging to the Controller and protecting persons, including, in particular, the persons acting on behalf of or for the benefit of the Controller.

Your personal data may be processed on the basis of: 

• Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR - your consent, for the objective of contacting you regarding the Idea;
• Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - for the objective of evaluating the Idea and concluding and implementing the concluded Contract; 
• Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR - for the objective of fulfilling the legal obligations imposed on the Controller relating to the assessment of the Idea and the conclusion and performance of the Contract;
• Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - for the objective of establishing, defending or pursuing potential claims and protecting property belonging to the Controller and protecting persons.

Your personal data will be stored for the period resulting from the legal requirements imposed on the Controller and, for personal data processed on the basis of your consent, until you withdraw it.

The following personal data will be processed: data necessary for your identification and for the performance of the Contract: full name, business entity name, PESEL [Personal Identification Number], NIP [Taxpayer Identification Number], REGON [Business Identification Number], telephone number, e-mail address, registered office address, correspondence address, bank account number.

Your personal data have been obtained by the Controller in connection with the submitted request for R&D&I cooperation.

Your personal data may be made available to authorized entities, in particular law firms, consulting companies, IT system providers cooperating with the Controller, as well as entities and authorities to whom the Controller is obligated or authorized to disclose personal data on the basis of generally applicable laws.

You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, erase the data or restrict their processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing. 

You have the right to declare the withdrawal of your consent at will. The withdrawal of your consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal. 

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) in terms of personal data protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Your provision of personal data is: 

• mandatory, if so specified by law;
• voluntary, if based on your consent or for the objective of concluding a contract.

Failure to provide your personal data will result in your Application being left unprocessed.
